Let's try if that works, it was not clear from the documentation if the folder $dbname has to be created or not

tested on staging Warning: failed to mkdir "/var/www/html/cache/my_wiki" mode 0777 in /var/www/html/includes/GlobalFunctions.php on line 1466

trying to set the directory to 775 did not help only 777 helped

/var/www/html/cache# chmod -R 777 .

MaRDI4NFDI/docker-wikibase@9006011 fixed it
